Shearing machine shearing method

Mechanical shearing can be performed on a wooden shearing table or on a canvas floor so that the shearing work site is kept clean. Before shearing, fine-wool sheep often have to cut and cut off the lower-quality hair and feces of the sheep's head and tail by hand, and then carefully collect and store them separately. They should not be mixed with high-quality hair.
China's mechanical shearing has a history of nearly 30 years, and shearers throughout the country have accumulated rich experience. Summarize our country's advanced shearing technology as follows:
The first procedure: Shearing the sheep to the sheep, the sheep's right side of the sheep's right hind leg is clamped in the joints of the right leg. Cut open between the right and left legs of the sheep's abdomen, and then cut the abdomen hair to the left side. When cutting the rams near the foreskin, special care must be taken to advance horizontally. The hair on the back of the udder's breast should be cut off at this time. To avoid cutting or shearing the nipple, apply a left hand finger to shear the hair after the nipple. (Figure 1) The second procedure: flipping the sheep to its right side. Shearers left hand to pull the left and hind legs of the sheep, showing a semi-paralysed posture, and shearing the left and right external hairs and left hairs of the sheep. (Figure 2) The third procedure: Press gently on the upper part of the sheep's hind leg with the right knee, and pull the left front leg of the goat to the left, and then cut the left, front legs and left shoulder hairs in a long stroke. Cut the vertebrae at this time. (shown in Figure 3)
The fourth process: shearing the upper body forward, left hand straight. Cut off the sheep's left neck and facial hair. (Figure 4) The fifth procedure: the shearer's right knee gently presses on the upper left side of the sheep's left leg, raises the sheep's head with his left hand, and cuts off the sheep's head hair. (Figure 5) The sixth procedure: the left hand pulls the sheep's head towards the right leg of the shearer and tightens the skin on the right side of the sheep's neck. The hair on the right side of the sheep's neck is cut off. (Figure 6)
The seventh procedure: The leg of the shearer is moved to the back of the sheep, and the two legs are in the posture of the sheep. Hold the sheep in his left hand and pull it hard. Hold the sheep's head on both knees. Cut off the right hair of the sheep's neck, then push the sheep's head down and use it to cut the sheep's neck. (Figure 7) The eighth procedure: After the shears return, the sheep's head is still clamped by the legs and the head is pulled up so that the right hip of the sheep touches the ground and assumes a semi-sitting posture. After the line was cut and the hair on the right was cut and the outer hair on the right hind leg was cut, the sheep was hung and the hair was presented as a whole. (Figure 8)
